Since 1913, Plumbers and Pipefitters has had a long, proud heritage representing Plumbers, Pipefitters and HVAC Service Technicians in the seven Southern New Jersey counties.

During the last eighty-seven years, Local Union 322 has been involved in numerous projects in the South Jersey area. Along the Delaware, we enjoy a long association with the Petro Chemical Plants. In Salem County, we have built and maintained three nuclear power plants. We have participated in the construction of seven higher learning institutions and numerous hospitals that exist in the region. During the late 1970's and 1980's we helped develop thirteen casinos which have reshaped Atlantic City.

Our Union Hall and our state-of-the-art Training Facility are centrally located in South Jersey. Our Training Facility has an apprentice program that is second to none and is a full daytime program. Our one hundred apprentices go to school one day every two weeks, and one Saturday per month all year long. In the evening, our journemen enjoy a program that addresses all of the nuances in the Plumbing and Piepfitting Industry.

As we move into the 21st Century, we look forward to the mega casinos that will be built in Atlantic City and the continued development of the Power Generation Industry in our region.

We have immersed ourselves in relationships with all of the groups that help shape Southern New Jersey. We are proactive and have become politically involved to influence real projects to put our people to work.
